Keywords updating problem in List...

I am having problem in updating keywords in list.

Actually I uploaded some pics with new keywords but new keyword don't visible/ shows in "Insert from list" popup menu,

I tried to use "Regenerate Dictionary" option to update keyword list, but nothing happen (mean no new keyword added).

mean to say, if i found that no new keywords add/ updated, how can i check /edit this bug

You're suppossed to post a deep link to one of the pics that reside in your gallery that contains a keyword that doesn't show on the list, not just a link to your site. Shouting "bug" is not a bright idea if you're not 100% sure that the problem is on "our" end (i.e. an actual issue in the software itself). Might be a PEBCAK issue as well afaik.
