Can't upload by publisher or through the coppermine program. Page times out. Internet connection is fine, checked ok.

Never post an admin account. You should have done as suggested in the upload troubleshooting section of the docs instead. Uploading works as expected after performing the needed setup steps (see http://www.bkfl8.com/coppermine_dir/displayimage.php?pos=-2). Reading the docs would have helped. In your config, you had set "URL of your coppermine gallery folder (no 'index.php' or similar at the end)" to "http://www.bkfl8.com/coppermine_dir/_FTP_uploads/", although it should have been set to "http://www.bkfl8.com/coppermine_dir/". I've done the needed steps. Next time you have a question, read the docs before posting. Change the test user account to be a registered user - it mustn't have admin privileges.
