Blank login.php page

I keep getting a blank login.php page with out any error messages at all. My error doesn't show anything either so I basically can't log on.

Can anyone help me?

oh and I forgot to add the address is http://disenchanted.l2p.net/themeades/gallery/login.php

and I also got an error that says

You didn't upload the classic theme.
