Coppermine Installation

AnOlder Man here retired and maintaining two web sites free of charge to keep my mind busy Is having many problems installing Coppermine. Is there any one that is willing to Installl it for a resonable fee? I have access to paypal  but please remember I am on a fixed income...
Really need help I have it uploaded to web server and I think I have changed the permissions to 777 but thats where it ends ......Please Help
