switched usernames?

i recently moved from a phpBB/coppermine to a joomla/smf/coppermine setup. everything's cool except, in coppermine all my usernames are switched. for an example, look at this page: http://www.ridedc.com/coppermine/profile.php?uid=77  this is the profile of a user named 'mattoid'. if you view all of his uploaded files, you'll find they're all from a user called 'jumpingbum'. all my users are like this. i had a bunch of files under my personal gallery that are now somewhere else (yet to find them...)

any ideas how to fix this? i've searched and found nothing.

As suggested in http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#integrating_users_start, the correlation is lost when turning bridging on. You'll have to do this manually (directly in your database, using phpMyAdmin or similar). There's no pre-made script nor a tutorial available to do this for you.

This is the case as well if you change bridging from app A to app B, as the user IDs differ.
