upload 500error log included

i have installed cpg 1.2

tried chmod on 755 and 777
still getting 500 internal error with single photo upload

any suggestions for a solution?

500 means "internal server error", in other words: your server setup is fishy. There's little we can do. Try to get a fresh copy of the file that is causing problems, maybe it is corrupt.
