Can't Upload, Need Help

Hi and welcome to the CPG forum. Where you are expected to read the Documentation. Especially, when experiencing upload problems, this part http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#upload_trouble.

You did not mention if you get any errors while trying to upload. If you do get them try using the http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?action=search Search option and search with the error message as the search criteria. Most questions have already been answered before, you might find what you need.

I got this message : The previous file could not be placed.

On first step it's told that the upload were succesfull, then go to the album select page. But on this page, the preview of file uploaded not shown, and after i do the select album step i got the message above.

As Hein told you, you're suppossed to do exactly as suggested in the upload troubleshooting section of the docs (enable debug_mode, set file upload fields to 1, uri upload fields to 0).

I did what Mr. GauGau said, and now i have this error message :

The file 'albums/userpics/mei-2~0.jpg' can't be inserted in the album

Unable to create thumbnail or reduced size image.

Blind guess: you have set up Coppermine to use ImageMagick although you don't have ImageMagick available (or you have specified the wrong path). Go to Coppermine's config, set "method for resizing pics" to "GD2" and then try again.

Check minimum requirements for Coppermine. Search the board for your error message if you need details.
