Fatal Error (No Description) Help Needed

Hi! I just started getting a fatal error message a few days ago. I've had my gallery up for a year now without any problems, and this appeared after I hadn't done anything with it for a couple weeks. I turned debug mode on and got the following message:

While executing query "delete from `gallery2`.cpg148_sessions where time<1183410135 and remember=0;" on Resource id #6

mySQL error: Can't open file: 'cpg148_sessions.MYI' (errno: 145)

Any help anyone could give me would be really appreciated. Thank you!
