Hi, I'm using Arabic as the default lang on my site , everything works fine, the only problem is with encoding and only with Hotmail , any msg seng to hotmail (user registration , ecards ) Arabic text is encodded incorectly (garbeled) , I've tried all available encoding with hotmail with no success , with other emails like yahoo or outlook everything works fine,,,,,
