I don't see register

Did you turn on the option on the config page to allow visitors to register ?

weird, I am trying to bridge it to SMF but when I click log-in, it brings me to SMF login page, after logging in...it brings me to SMF logged in page and when I went back to gallery, it still ask me to login...what could be the problem?
