Recommend Good MySQL PHP Book

so i thought I would buy some reading so I don't have to continually bug this forum and the punbb forum for questions that are simple if I did my homework.

So could anyone recommend me a good book on building mysql / php applications?

What reference / learning material do the Coppermine development team use?

a few weeks ago I bought a copy of PHP and MYSQL for dynamic web sites by larry ullman and it has helped me a lot...although i think the layout oculd be improved a lot.

Also the Lynda.com php video tutorials are also helpful and a fun way to learn.
