Changing of » to �

If you go to my site @ http://ncflight.org and click on photo gallery you will see what I mean. Look @ the side navigation. How would I fix this. I used classic theme.

The url you should have posted is http://www.ncflight.org/gallery/ and it seems the » characters are already changed into �
