famous fatal error

I had a 1.43 version of coppermine on a fansite that I own and yesterday I upgraded to the latest. Yet I am still getting that Fatal error I got previously with the 1.43 version. I turned on debug mode and I get this message..

Did you try to REPAIR the table? If that doesn't help you'll need to talk to your host.
