Have been running Coppermine for 12 months, & it runs like a dream.

However, i have just uploaded 100 + high res images today & have a strange problem.

When you click the intermediate image the large imape pops up but with no image in it.

all the thumbnails are working fine. (these are all large images for printing. minimum 1 meg each)

I have re-uploaded some of the images with the same problem.

I have spent 2 hours searching & reading on hear, do you have any ideas?

Please check any of the images in the category "CMC 1:18"

Many thanks

I just went to http://www.traxpix.com.au/coppermine/cpg147/index.php?cat=23 and clicked on the picture of the  M006 Mercedes Benz W196 1954/55. Intermediate picture popped up and when i clicked on that it opened the fullsize picture with no problem.

Did you try clearing your internet cache ? Did you try using your cpg from a other computer ?

traxpix

that is strange?

cleared my cache.

Tested in IE & FF with the same error.

I am in Australia & my colleague is is Switzerland. we both have the same error?

this will not work for me http://www.traxpix.com.au/coppermine/cpg147/displayimage.php?album=lastup&cat=23&pos=1

Coppermine has been working away for the last 12 months & never had any problems since installing it???

i also just tested a single image via http upload & have the same problem?

BTW. Thank you for your fast response :)

Nibbler

That's a CMYK image (as opposed to RGB) which browsers don't generally support. I'd recommend converting them on your desktop prior to upload.

Ok if thats the problem i will have to re-do them all :(

Sorry i did not realise.

Thanks for your help :)

You're using cpg1.4.7, while the most recent version is cpg1.4.10. It is mandatory that you upgrade asap!

The problem was with the images & not with coppermine as you suggested.
