Problems with Batch Upload....

Hi, I am having problems batch uploading files.

I have read the uploading faq and I have turned on debugging and created a temporary user account:

http://www.mom4jesus.com/ is the main url.
Username:  cop
password:   1234

The issue: When I try to upload using batch upload, it will display maybe 8 to 12 of the "thumbnails" as it finds the photos in the folder... then it shows nothing. If I then go to the next page and try to insert the photos into the album, it will say on the right hand column "click for details or to reload."

As a result of having problems using batch upload I tried to use the Windows XP option. It seemed to upload the pics, but nothing ever appeared in the selected album.  As a side note, I thought maybe the php process was timing out so I increased it from 90 to 400 seconds with no change. I also upped the memory with no change. (I have a VPS Linux Server so I can change any php settings I need to server wide).
