is it possible to manage (remove - edit) IPs of image which has been logged while uploading the it.

I don't understand the question. Please re-phrase it.
I wouldn't care too much about IP addresses, as they are being assigned dynamically for most viewers and can easily be spoofed. Anyway: end users don't see IP-address-related output, so why worry about logging? Turn all logging mechanisms off in Coppermine (there aren't many of them anyway).
