Can't download photo shop 1.3.5

I just can't download the photo shop 1.3.5 as show my the link http://stramm.st.funpic.org/albums/userpics/10001/photo_shop_1_3_5.zip
and get the http://404.funpic.org/403.html error
please help !!

Got no problem downloading it. Try clearing out cookies and internet history. Or try a other computer.

I had use other PC in my office to download the photo shop 1.3.5 but was failed with the same error. I guess it was our firewall ? No matter how, than for your suggestion and I will download it at home.
