We are a hosting this client http://www.unclebearsbarandgrill.com/cpg133/index.php?cat=10001 that has a gallery, they would like to update their pictures and they last tech we had didn't write down the username and password for this client, so I am wondering if you can help us with this?

Putting email address to a public forum is not bright idea
Debi , you can find admin user under db and change its password to something else it should be md5 encripted
user id of admin is 1 and you could find it under xxx_users table
‍I don't answer to PM with support question

That gallery is not running pnCPG. It is running an old and unsupported version of Coppermine.
