Activity Logging?

I am considering moving to Coppermine from Menalto G2. I am looking for a specific feature though. For legal reasons, I need to have a log of user activity, i.e.: User X logged in at 12:20EST/ deleted/created Y / and so on, along with IP logging.

Is this built into the logging that CPG already has or do I need to use a module of some type?

Ok - I'm not a coder. I'm a guy who runs a WWW site and needs to log certain activity in case the Man come knockin'.

I'll check the free-lancer section and see what I can find there.
