Change of server

i am using CPG 1.4.  i am changing the server (host)

what are the necessary steps to be taken.  my installatyion is integrated with SMF 1.1.2

i will downlaod all the files and form old host and upload to the new one. then update the DB. but DB name will change.  how to restore all.
