Need upgrade and install

I had an older version of coppermine with a custom theme working fine on one of my hosts. The client wanted to move it ...the new host had a newer version of coppermine.  My plan was to upgrade then move it ...but  somehow I botched the upgrade ....and now I am out of time and patience.  I have all the pieces to put it back together again.
Here's a version that is sorta working but the photos are not showing up.  If you tell me how to get the photos uploaded to the server and showing in the gallery, I will give you some money.

You don't need to pay anything to anyone !
It's really easy,Just upload old albums folder to new server
Use a ftp client, download albums folder from old gallery and then upload (over write) it on new gallery

I saw this inside the gallery on the new host:

Albums/UserPics/no_FTP-uploads_into_this_folder!

....so I was a bit nervous to try it ...But if you say it is okay, I will give it a go.

That warning is for batch add , in case someone try to batch add by uploading new file into userpics
In your case it's ok to upload your old folders/files to that directory

- but keep in mind that you should have backup from both gallery

I've uploaded the Albums folder but I am still not seeing any images

You are right!  I was giving the address to my backup ...not where I uploaded the photos.

However, still problem described is the same:

you didn't upload all files
here is an example

you have "Ted & Lillian Eiland Clans - Old Pics" album on index
thumbnails is :

and it's not uploaded
but main image is there:

Try to re-upload all files and folders ( be careful about real gallery and backup this time )

I finally got everything uploaded and working.  Now I need it moved to a different server... If anyone is willing to do this for money, please let me know.

I tried moving it myself, but couldn't get the database working.
