Hey!
first of all, is this something that I need to talk to my web host provider about, or you guys? My web host doesn't really have a way of conntact....

Anyway, I'm using "789mb" (http://www.789mb.com) as my host. I kind of stumbled though making a database. then, they had a script installer that included coppermine. (I had used coppermine earlier....kinda. and loved it!) and in the installation, I got this error:

The following errors were encountered and need to be corrected first:

mySQL Error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '*sessions ( session_id varchar(40) NOT NULL default '', user_id int(11) de' at line 1 on query ' CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS *sessions ( session_id varchar(40) NOT NULL default '', user_id int(11) default '0', time int(11) default NULL, remember int(1) default '0', PRIMARY KEY (session_id) ) TYPE=MyISAM COMMENT='Used to store sessions''

do you wonderful ppl have any advice? can u tell from that what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks for ur dedication!

Don't use the auto-installer provided by your webhost. Only supported install method is the one discussed in our docs, using the package we provide.
