without backup all files of coppermine folder on server

before integrate coppermine with SMF 1.1.2, i backup mysql database of coppermine but i forgot backup all files of coppermine folder on server. Now, i want to disable bridge and restore database to time that before integration. i think after restore database, have to edit source code, Please help me how to do?
