Constant URL links

Dear all

Problem.
For example.
I have album with 6 files.
I am post links on this files (for each files) on a different sites, forums...
If I add some files in this albums - I have a problem.
Old links on my old 6 files, from another sites, forums not rights (not work).
How I can to do that new files adds to end of order of albums? Without change links on previous files.
I would like to get constant links for each files in album And not to depend on from how many times I  upload new files in album...

That's what the URL at the bottom of the pic info section is meant to be used for - it's a permanent (absolute) URL...
