Fatal Error During Photo Upload

I received this fatal error during photo uploads...At first it was taking too long to upload till finally it the page read fatal error. I followed the tutorial to de-bug mode and this is the error that I got:

While executing query "delete from `capitalt_classalbum`.cpg1411_sessions where time<1185334182 and remember=0;" on Resource id #6

mySQL error: Can't open file: 'cpg1411_sessions.MYI'. (errno: 145)

Any suggestions?
