Hi,

I just uploaded and go coppermine to work on my server. Every thing is going fine expect when I start to upload a file which is about 350KB.

The file uploads and I can find a copy in the albums/edit directory but then when I click confirm I get a blank page with:

QuoteInternet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address

I've made sure the album files are all at their proper permission '777'. Does anyone know what the problem can be? The picture like I said are are 200 - 350 KB. I've succeded with a smaller pic which about 70KB.

I think there is a problem when it tries creating a smaller picture.

Sorr for double posting but I just got had a read of the troubleshoot document.

I did read a post below called 'High quality images' the guy said he changed his post_max_size limit. Should I try that?

It's password protected. Make sure you do exactly what the troubleshooting guide says.

sorry, didn't think you would be so quick, I was just taking it off.

Don't post admin details on a public forum unless you like getting hacked.

My test upload worked fine, so you are probably hitting server side resource limits. See the sticky for details, but unless you have control over the server there is not much you can do.

yep its done,

Could you delete this post...I feel so unsafe now...even though I took the username away

Thank you for deleting the log in information.

Is it possiable that you delete the whole thread? I don't like it that people can see the report. It has some personal information and I don't want my site attacked.

I don't care about the post count but when I was posting the information, you must have seen, I wasn't really thinking about security and now I'm in a panic  :-\

Threads remain as as a reference to others. I have edited the information out of your post.
