You're welcome to modify the existing FAQ by editing the corresponding language file entries. There won't be graphics in the FAQ of the coppermine core code, as the graphics in a pre-made FAQ page would almost certainly differ from the one used on your page - after all, the look of your gallery can greatly differ from the default classic theme coppermine ships with.
You're of course welcome to come up with a custom FAQ page of your own.

Too difficult to maintain anyway. Imo the FAQ page has been a failure - nobody reads them. I'd rather vote to see the FAQ removed, with the benfit of translators having to work less when new versions need translation.
