Internal Server error on upload?

When i try to upload an image, i am successful (i get "1 Upload was successful, continue" but, when i click continues, i get my servers Error 500 page? Iv tried this with 2 files, and i get the same thing. I am using 1and1 shared linux hosting, business package.

PS. I used to run this on a windows server (worked fine) but i recently moved over to a new host (linux) the move went fine, except i lost the images my users had uploaded (only 5 users, no big deal, but i want to get this fixed so i can get more users) ontill i tried to upload (thats when i get this problem)

Wait a second, it works for the test account? Thats odd, maybe there was a problem with my old account (it was created before the move) ill try terminating the account, then recreating it, if i have another problem, ill post again.
