CRITICAL ERROR.

Hi,

Hope i am directing this to the right place. I don't know what happened to my photo gallery, but after uploading some new pics and signed out, couldn't sing in again nor look at the gallery as a user.
When i try as a user i get the message:

CRITICAL ERROR.
There was an error while processing a database query

When i log in as admin i get this other message:

Template error
Failed to find block 'file_line'(#(<!-- BEGIN file_line -->)(.*?)(<!-- END file_line -->)#s) in :

        <tr>
                <td class="tableb" align="center">
                        <font size="3"><b>{MESSAGE}</b></font>


                        <br /><br />
                </td>
        </tr>
