How to Upload a picture file

Recently the Coppermine Gallery has been installed into my website and  I'll be very much appreciated if any body could tell me how to upload a picture into the album.

I found the answer below:

Question: How do I upload a file?
Answer: Go to "Upload"and select the album that you want to upload to. Click "Browse," find the file to upload, and click "open." Add a title and description if you want. Click "Submit".

Thing is I can't find any "Upload" info on the gallery page.
