Problem With URL image uploading

When i upload image to my /Album/ folder and then add it to gallery all image works file

but when i upload image from url

for example
i want to upload the following image url to my gallery it gives error

http://media1.santabanta.com/full1/indian%20%20celebrities(f)/celina%20jaitley/cel106a.jpg

i Followed Following Steps

1.copied url to url box
[Edit GauGau] Replaced hotlinked image with attchement #1 [/Edit]

Then i got error
[Edit GauGau] Replaced hotlinked image with attchement #2 [/Edit]

this problem is not occurring when i upload images to my ftp directory but when i give image url from another site this is happening

You're probably not allowed to upload by URL, due to settings imposed by your webhost. Just don't use that feature - it is silly in the first place and should be removed in future coppermine versions anyway. You (as admin) should use FTP-uploads plus batch-add anyway.

Not related to install, but uploading - moving to corresponding board. In the future, please post on the proper board in the first place.
