:?  well i never used to have this problem, so im not sure where it's come from or if it's even coppermine.

If you have really selected a picture to upload, check that the server allows file uploads...

 :( Now i have everything set to default with a new setup installed and im still having the same warning. I've been trying to upload picture i have on the first coppermine i had "before i had the problems" The size of the pictures im trying is 667KB jpg, running from the default setting's. any idea's guys.

Coppermine staff need pw and username that wont be a problem.

Have you changed the server lately?

Possible reasons include:

1. You now need a /tmp or /temp file in your website root.

2. PHP ini upload max has reduced dramatically.

Create the /tmp directory and use phpinfo() to check max upload in php.ini.  

Also, please provide a PHP version number.
