When using a plugin that requires login (Photo Shop) the user experience is a little clunky, you have to write your own login page like the photo shop plugin.  Instead I changed photoshop to direct to the bultin login page and added a register button for new users.

I think it would be a good improvement to add a register button to the login page so more plugins can write their code this way.  I added a new register button beside the forgot password on the login page.  I added referrer support to the register page, so that you end up back where you started the whole login/register process.

The code is attached. with the extensions changed.  The "New Here?" text needs to be added to the translation information.
