Can you install Image Magick without telnetting into the server?

Yours is a duplicate question of what you asked on your other thread I have GD 2.0 or higher installed, yet Coppermine won't utilize it!. The answer I posted there applies for this thread as well: no, you need shell access and admin privileges on the webserver to install ImageMagick (as suggested in the FAQ). As you can see, double posting is a bad thing: it causes double moderation effort. Marking this thread accordingly and locking it. Don't!
