How To: If bad word exists, delete comment?

If a bad word exists, I just want the comment to disappear completely (or simply not be submitted).  And in the list of bad words, I want "http" as well as all the rest that we know of.

So, rather than just starring out the bad words, delete the post instead.

Any ideas on where I can code that?
