Null page when connecting to a coppermine photo-gallery

A french forum has a link to a coppermine photo-gallery for users to post photos in messages.

I get a white page; lookin in properties it is a 0 bytes page.

This with Firefox AND IE Explorer 7

Where to look to solve this? On this forum we are to members with the same problem.
