I've also intalled the final_extract plugin to remove the login button.   This was a suggestion with dealing with a re-occuring SMF error message.

The problem is when a user logs in via the SMF login window the "logout" button appears.  When they try to log-out, the famous SMF "Unable to verify referring url. Please go back and try again" error message creeps up again....

Any suggestions?
