"There was an error while processing a database query "
I get this with a new registration and Create a new user. Every other process seems to work just fine. There have been no changes to the 1.4.10 that I have made.  After reading numerous posts with this error code there were many cases where this was a server issue. Would that be the case here or should I look elsewhere. Thanks for your help and suggestions on how to start fixing this.

I did not remove it. The person that installed it some time ago may have left it off or removed it. Have had two different companies that have with been involved, would not recommend either. Had no idea that the copyright was not there. Will try to figure that one out first.

You're running cpg1.4.10. Upgrading to the most recent version will not only secure your gallery, but will return the copyright disclaimer as well.

Thanks for the info.  That may be the best way to get it back. Have made no progress looking to see where it goes.
Can not find the right document.  I do not do the install or upgrade, way over my head. Only have limited knowledge of making internal changes that I learned via the support forum. Will see Monday if the guy that knows lots of stuff can upgrade and get it back. Then go from there. Thanks for your reply.
