Cannot create thumbnail error

Hi Sir

I am new to Coppermine. So need some help here.

After I upload my pictures, I receive this error

"Unable to create thumbnail or reduced size image."

Please advise.

I realize my mistake. I have not set the permission mode correctly. One I set to 777, the error is gone. thanks.
