400 x 300 pixels... how do i change this?

I know this sounds really stupid but i cant find the correct place as to where i can find how to change the pixels. my pictures are 600 x 450 or 800 x 600 pixels and i'm just not able to find. i hate those popups. could you please direct me.. thanx

If you mean "Width of the table for file display (pixels or %)" that's under Config -> Image View
