big problem with moving database

I moved my gallery to new site
its supposed to be in hebrew but now all I can see is question marks

and I did put the character set as hebrew

also now I dont have support for my version so I dont know what to do?
please help me

That's exactly the point: your version goes unsupported. That's why Nibbler suggested to upgrade. Anything else related to your version except upgrading goes unsupported. You shouldn't have posted on a board that doesn't deal with your version in the first place - that's why your thread was moved.
