Oh really. Well say no more, the amount of info you posted is more then enough to provide an answer for your question.

No really, we are not equiped with mind reading hats. Post as much info as you can, the more info you post the more chance you have of getting an answer.

But im going to guess anyway and say you are the admin of your own cpg site and you managed to lock yourself out. Normally, when someone tries to login using the wrong password he/she will be blocked for a set amount of time. After which the blockade is lifted. But if it does not go away you can try a workaround to reset your admin password.

Using PhpMyAdmin open the xxx_users table find the user that have 1 on user_group, this user is admin change the user_password to "179ad45c6ce2cb97cf1029e212046e81" (without "") and now you have admin with "testpass" (without "") as a password .
