Move album from user-gallery to other categories?

Hello!
I have searched this issue in this Forum and this question was asked some times, but there does not seem to be an answer.

If a visitor uploads some photos in his own gallery, I want to rename his gallery and put it in my own category structure. But I had not found a function to do that.

If there is none "official function", is there a possibility to edit the mysl-relations without makind the database inconsistent?
