sorry if this is the wrong area to ask this, Can i install coppermine on phpbb3? it don't have to be intergrated but can i add a link from my forum to coppermine.

You can't install coppermine into any BBS, so your question is sort of invalid. You install coppermine as a standalone application, into a folder on your webspace. Installing it into a sub-folder of your BBS is technically possible, but not a bright idea, nor will it help you in terms of bridging or getting it to work with pnCPG. There is currently no stable bridge available for phpbb3, but there is a user-contributed one in beta stage that you're welcome to try.
