Cannot log into my account

I tried to get help from support on this issue and got a negative reply. At one time, I could log into my account and upload pics, etc. I cannot log into my account and I cannot make any changes or upload pics. Can anyone tell me now to solve this problem? I have read similar comments on similar issues; however, I cannot access phpmyadmin. when I try to go to admin.php, a pop-up states I do not have permission to view that page. In need of assitance.

When i click on the Markup Validation Service, this is the message i get:

Validation Output: 1 Error
Line 2, Column 1: Missing xmlns attribute for element html. The value should be: http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml.

Many Document Types based on XML need a mandatory xmlns="" on the root element. For example, the root element for XHTML will look like:

First try to clear your cookie and try to login again if it doesn't works then do as suggested here :

You need to upgrade your gallery ASAP you are using 1.4.10 that is old
