Registered users cannot upload files

I had 5 categories, & one album in each.
Everytime I tried to upload it said 'No album to Upload into'

So... I deleted the categories & created only albums & still the same message!

& the album settings are to public! & they do not have to be approved!

I'm pulling my hair out!

Did you allow uploads to the albums in album properties?

I dont even see a place for that.
This is all I see: Update album
Edit files   -   Parennt category   -   Thumbnail view    
General settings
Album title    
Album category    
Album description     
Album Keyword     
Album thumbnail    Album is empty
Permissions for this album
Album can be viewed by    
Album password     
Album password hint     
Visitors can upload files *     Yes    No
Visitors can post comments *    Yes    No
Visitors can rate files *    Yes    No
(*) depending on groups settings

Reset album
0 views    Reset views counter to "0" in "New album"
0 votes    Reset ratings on all files in "New album"
0 files    Irreversibly delete all files in "New album"
