Menus/Buttons for Admins Only?

I'd like to know if there's a way to hide all the links/buttons unless the user logs in as an admin.  My albums are going to be for viewing only - pictures will only be added by admin only, not users.  Because of this, I don't want the users to see any of the links or buttons in the menu/submenu.  I was able to modify the english.php page to include a link to log in, so if my admins access the admin.php page directly, they can log in there (or directly via login.php).  Once they are logged in, I would like the menus/submenus and admin buttons to be shown.

What must be done in order to accomplish this?
