Gallery crash when erasing file - need help fast

I was logged in admin mode managing my galleries.  I checked a few images I wanted to delete and when I clicked "apply changes" I got this error:

500 Internal Server Error
The server has encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Now the gallery will not work at all while other basic html pages on my site will.

This is a serious issue as I am set to go on air tomorrow at a major local radio station and advertise my photography business.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
