Re Yellow warning symbols all over the pages

I've just had to change my web address and reinstalled copermine, however, when I try to open the page all i get is  series of yellow warning symbols appearing across all the buttons and all overt the screen, any idear whats going on.

You need to ask your webhost what they are doing.
