Pulling Random Photos From Specific Category

[blowfishdl]

I want to somehow be able to pull random photos from a specific category onto a different page (preferably html but php is fine too) one at a time, and with captions if possible. I know that sounds a bit complicated but I'm sur etheres a simple way to do it.
